The Western Institute for Neuroscience offers a range of opportunities to support learning, collaboration, and career development across our community. Current Calls

WIN is seeking nominations (self-nominations are accepted) to three committees. Committee members will help shape the scholarly and scientific priorities of WIN.

Research Advisory Committee

One Trainee Position

This committee is responsible for advising the Director regarding Institute scientific and/or scholarly priorities.

Open Science Advisory Committee

One Trainee Position, One Faculty Position

This committee is responsible for advising the Director regarding Open Access, Open Data and Open Science priorities and new initiatives.

Trainee Committee

Eight Trainee Positions

This is a brand new committee! We are looking for 8 trainees from various neuroscience-related backgrounds and departments. This committee is responsible for advising the Director regarding trainee priorities, trainee engagement and inclusion, interdisciplinary collaboration, and events and workshops.
